Enrolment Procedure

The choice of a school is one of the most important decisions you will make for a child. We are happy to assist you throughout this process. It is very important for parents, carers and teachers to work together to achieve the best outcome for every child.

At Heritage College Sydney we strive to bring glory to God by working together as a community to provide quality Christian-based education.



Please use the link below to complete and sign the Pre-Enrolment form for the student. This form must be submitted to the office along with the relevant documents and certificates.

An Enrolment Officer will contact you regarding any possible vacancies after the information in the form has been processed.


Should a vacancy be available, a tour is then arranged and conducted by our Principal.

This tour enables you to visit the school and see the wonderful facilities we have here at our College. Feel free to discuss our curriculum or any other queries you may have.


Should you wish to continue with the enquiry, we will arrange an appointment for yourself and your child to attend an interview with our Assistant Principal.

Please be advised that without all the necessary paperwork being received, we cannot proceed to the interview.


After an interview, you will be contacted if a position is available for the student.

A Commitment Contract will then need to be signed, and a non-refundable enrolment fee paid in order to secure the student’s place at our College.
